The Benitsa Hotel was established in 1972 by the Spinoulas family. This same family opened the Hotel Avra back in the 1940's, and was later featured in the book "Around the World with 20 Dollars!" The family has been in the hotel and tourism business for over 50 years. The Benitsa Hotel is now run by the third generation of Spinoulas brothers; Andreas, Thanassis, Spyros and Kostas. They recently took over from their father Agis.
 

The hotel is situated in the charming fishing village of Benitses in the south of Corfu, it is just 40 metres from the nearest beach. Benitses has, just recently, had its' marina restored, extended and improved. The pretty village square has a broad selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
